Application Fee is $75 / couple and $50 for single adult. Copies of Drivers Licenses are required for application processing. In order to qualify, you must not have evictions or Judgments for non payment of renton your record, or criminal background record. Your monthly income must be at least 3 times the amount of rent. Proof of income is required (paystubs). If self employed, you are required to submit a copy of your Income Tax Return for the past 2 years. Processing time is 24-48 hours.
